About Us

Typhoon Media Publishing, LLC was founded by former advertising executive, Steve De Jacimo in 2007. It began as an advertising agency, with a focus on media buying and media production. With a career spanning radio, tv, print, online and social media, Steve then launched two local lifestyle magazines, 08742 Living and Manasquan Life. The primary objective with the magazines is to give local businesses not just a subscriber based magazine, but also include online versions and social media as part of the advertising package. 08742 Living, covering Point Pleasant, Point Pleasant Beach and Bay Head launched in January of 2015 and Manasquan Life, covering Sea Girt, Manasquan and Brielle started in May of 2016. When you combine both magazine’s subscribers, online readership and social media, the reach is 11,154 monthly.
